I usually wear UK size 10-12 and previously ordered these in blue size S. They quickly became my favourite gym leggings. The material is thick, yet quick drying, and squat proof. However, found the waist ever so slightly loose and I do prefer a bit of compression, so have ordered them in Green XS. These fit perfectly.

Love these leggings, these are my second pair…the first I got an xs but I definitely prefer the small better but if you want more compression I would size down…if you mid to mild compression I would recommend you just get your size
