Delivery

We provide Free Shipping on all items for the following countries: UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. For all other countries, delivery is a flat rate £6.99. Delivery is normally within 1-3 weeks. Please do not order your items if this delivery window is not acceptable to you.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if you have received the wrong item or the item is damaged.

We do not accept returns for items where you have changed your mind or if the item does not fit as expected. Please read the detailed size guides provided on each product page to ensure that you order the correct size. Please allow 1-3 cm size variation due to manual measurements. Colours may vary slightly due to being viewed on different computer monitors/screens.

If you have received the wrong item please contact us asap to allow us to remedy the situation. We will provide a returns number and return address and cover the cost of return postage. The item should be returned in its original and unused condition and must be in its original box and packaging. Once we receive the returned item we will ensure that the correct item is sent to you. Please allow us the opportunity to sort the issue for you rather than leaving negative feedback elsewhere straight away. We are a small company and value our customers and will do all we can to resolve the matter efficiently for you.

Please take photographs of the parcel and the damaged item and email the photos to us along with your order number and a written description of the damage. We will review your photographs and information and reply to you on how we will resolve the issue. Please do not return any item without our returns number and returns address. Please allow us the opportunity to sort the issue for you rather than leaving negative feedback elsewhere straight away. We are a small company and value our customers and will do all we can to resolve the matter efficiently for you.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay securely on our website using your debit or credit card with our payment processor Stripe. We do not store your card details as they are processed securely by Stripe, a very trusted and well-known payment provider.

You also have the option to pay securely using your PayPal account or pay by credit or debit card via PayPal. Again PayPal deals with your payment details and we do not store your card details.

Where are you based?

We are a UK company based in Scotland. We sell products that may be shipped directly to you from our supplier who may be based worldwide. You will be kept fully informed on your order including providing you with a tracking number, where available, to allow you to track your items online.

How can I contact you?

You can use the form on our Contact page, use our chatbox on the right-hand corner of every website page or message us via Facebook Messenger. If you experience any problems with your order or have any concerns please take a few moments to contact us via our contact page, chat or Messenger or via the email address provided in your order confirmation. We will endeavour to quickly resolve your matter.
